SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order processing

​

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

2. Shipping

​​

International Mail Service and Express Mail Service (EMS) shipments will be delivered by your local postal service. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total order weight at checkout. 

​

All orders will be shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). As such, your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory. For details of customs charges please consult your local customs authorities.

3. Modify your order

​

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at service@skinbodypunch.com with your order number within 2 hours of order submission. Orders that have already been processed cannot be changed or cancelled. You can always return your products for a refund and place a new order.

4. Report an issue

​

In the event that your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible at service@skinbodypunch.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

5. Exchanges

​

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
