REFUND POLICY

You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at service@skinbodypunch.com with your order number and the products you would like to return. You will receive a confirmation email with a unique reference number and instructions for returning.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase.

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Please note that only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded. Rejecting to receive the order or sending the products back without authorization will not be refunded.

We can not accept returns or offer you a refund for products purchased elsewhere than www.skinbodypunch.com. Please contact the customer service of the retailer you purchased from.
